Refund policy

Rug-Ed Products Return Policy applies to www.rug-ed.com purchasers only

If you purchased a product directly from Rug-Ed Products, “Rug-Ed” through our website, www.rug-ed.com, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of purchase for your refund. Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded. 

U.S. customers: Contact us for a return authorization. Once approved, return your product to Rug-Ed Products, Inc., 717 Brea Canyon Road, Suite 6, Walnut, CA 91789. Include your packing slip. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Rug-Ed is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Rug-Ed. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Rug-Ed via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

Promptly following Rug-Ed’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Rug-Ed will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Rug-Ed does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. 

Rug-Ed will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Rug-Ed more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Rug-Ed also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. 

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Rug-Ed’s website.
